Dream Analysis

Dreams are the secret language of your subconscious.

Dream Analysis is a therapeutic technique best known for its use in psychoanalysis. Sigmund Freud viewed dreams as “the royal road” to the unconscious and developed dream analysis, or dream interpretation, as a way of tapping into this unconscious material.

Dream Analysis can assist us in the following:

  • Unlock the secrets of your personal dream language.
  • Explore and interpret the meaning of your dreams.
  • Harness the power of the brain to uncover a life of richness and meaning.

Dreams are unique to us, for example if we see a snake in our dream, that does not necessarily mean danger or fear. Everyones circumstances or personal views are different, what is happening in someones life can determine the emotions and feeling attached to dreams. Some time we see recurring dreams, usually interpreted as something in our waking life we need to pay attention to.

What to expect in a session:

You will explain your dream with feelings and emotions as clear as you can remember them. For example if you saw colours, shapes, how did you wake up after that dream was it scary, shocking or was it relaxing. We will discuss and consider what is currently happening in your life right now.

We will give Title to your dream and join the dots together. We will work together to discover what your dream means. As a practitioner, our work is to summarise the message from the unconscious for you, the client.

How does it help you?

Your dreams can contain repressed emotions, with symbolic meaning embedded within the dream. When interpreted by the analyst and therapist it can offer vital positive solutions not only to overcome fear, anxiety and other psychological aspects, but also help you at times to fulfil your unconscious desires in the real world.

If your dreams or a particular repeated dream is causing you anxiety, call us for an appointment with our Dreams analyst and therapist.

Stay Blessed, keep dreaming!
