Kinesiology ‘the study of movement’

It is a powerful healing modality that combines ancient eastern energetic healing arts with western physiological healing sciences. The main tool used in kinesiology is muscle biofeedback.

Kinesiology works as a healing modality that strengthens, influences, and works together with your own body to help heal, identify causes of self-sabotaging beliefs patterns, phobias, emotional and psychological blocks.

Kinesiology enables a practitioner to work with a wide range of issues, from the diffusion of emotional stress to the elimination of muscular pain, improving performance. It can also be effective in eliminating allergies and food sensitivities as well as reducing deep rooted habits and addictions.

The kinesiology approach examines ‘unresolved stress reactions’ in a person and provides techniques intended to help the body’s natural healing process. Kinesiology recognises that the body has the power to heal itself but can sometimes require a little gentle help from outside. Kinesiology is a perfect example of bridge between spirituality and science.

What to expect from a session:

During our session together we’ll discuss your intentions, what you feel is holding you back and what thoughts/emotions aren’t serving you anymore. We create an energetic circuit between you and I that allows me to seek information from you via your nervous system. I’ll use muscle monitoring to uncover what is needed in the moment to clear blockages for you to transform and dissolve old patterns.

Each session is tailored to you, and to meet your needs.

Note — “Distance sessions” work in exactly the same way except that instead of using your muscles directly, I use my own muscles as a surrogate for yours. I am working with your energy in the same way whether or not we are physically present together. This works because the circuits I work with are energetic in nature. And energy is not limited by time or space.
